The King of Par.
Not the Prince,
since my dad
(the previous King)
left the Par kingdom.
I am
now
The King
of Par.
.
And my royal carriage awaits.
.
See how well it fits
between those two white lines –
I surely am
the King of Par.

Is that Par carriage like a Volkswagen?
It could be any car that could be Par(ked) easily within the white lines. G:)
Ah yes! Parallel Par(King) must be your forte! 😁
Thank you (Meurastahwi) I do have my moments. G:)
You’re teaching me Cornish? That’s awesome! 😊 Fun lentils! ❤︎
It is a fun language to learn.
Ny wonn vy = I don’t know. Always a useful phrase to have to hand. G:)
Dydh da = Hello.
Cool. Are you learning it because of your ancestry?
Partially. My gt. grandmother left Cornwall in the C19th, I came back in the C21st – but, being a writer and a poet, I am adding local flavour to my poems and short stories. Cornwall is Splann! G:)
Oh, my, Great-Great Grandfather’s Great-Great Grandfather He was a Cornishman; From the moment he was born To the day he died He lived as he began. And on the day he died (Upon the day he died) My Great-Great Grandfather’s Great-Great Grandmother cried: ‘You were my Cornish man, You were a Cornishman!’
Awww… that’s a wonderful telling in and of itself. Thanks for taking time to flavor the lentils! I have an entirely new perspective presently thanks to you. You are vibrant.
You are very welcome. My Lentil institutions words are flavoured, soup was called Ron – Vegan ov vy (I am a Vegan), Meur ras (Thanks) for ow redya (reading) my words. Have a lovely evening / day. G:)
My uncle gave me a T-shirt from a lentil festival he attended… I was surprised there was such a thing! I think it’s why I was drawn to your lentil institution. Apologies that I left the conversation abruptly… I actually had to go to cook/cater for an all day thing… speaking of food. It was vegetarian tho. I hope you had a lovely evening or day too.
No worries – it’s nice to have a chat (even in instalments) and life must still carry on.
T-shirts with slogans are something U can get into. ‘Ny wonn vy’ from earlier is a slogan I’d like on a T-shirt so that when asked what it means I can honestly say, ‘I don’t know’. Just starting the nowydh dydh lemmyn (new day now) and esa yeyn omma (it’s cold here). Meur ras for the kind words and conversation. Take care. Grae:)
Heck yeah you HAVE to get a shirt with that printed on it! 😁 I hope you do that.
Thank you too.
Tabby ❤︎
It’s on my wish list G:)
