I tried to write a funny poem,
but it wasn’t funny at all,
I threw it in the virtual waste bin,
and gave up.
But, then I thought:
was that poem funny haha,
or funny peculiar?
I retrieved it from the virtual waste bin
and reread it with a cautious eye (or two).
It was…
funny not at all.
So, it went back in the bin.
I just thought you’d like to know
how poetry is made,
or not.
