The forager foraged

The forager foraged for ages,

in his Fedora (a flip-flop hat),

and then he went home in stages,

to his focalised first-floor flat.

..

His name was Fred,

his wife had fled,

to sea with a fisherman’s friend;

he was left alone,

not a rolling stone,

but a forager to the end.
