“If we can’t fight the Germans, we’re going to have to fight amongst ourselves”
If we can’t fight the Germans,
I have little doubt
that were going to fight amongst ourselves;
why can’t we be friends,
beg pardon,
make amends?
But, no, it seems,
that if we can’t fight the Germans,
the French,
the Russians,
the Scottish,
or the Yanks;
if we can’t march on Foreignigrad
in our warship and some tanks;
that with our thickness
set at two short planks…
and with us spoiling for a fight
we just might have to fight alone,
and fight amongst ourselves
