April The Fourteenth

April The Fourteenth

A forthright fortnight of April poems,

leads one to envy the life of gno-ems;

sat by a puddle with a stick and some string,

contemplating just what the next tide will bring.

Tall hat on head,

the loan for a bed;

and with patchy green clobber,

rather a dibber than a dobber.
