Am I even the slightest bit funny (and define ‘funny’)

Lots of comedians have an initial to add to their mystique, or make them more recognisable
Reginald ‘D’ Hunter
Stephen ‘K’ Amos
J R ‘R’ Tolkien (?)
J ‘K’ Rowling (?)
Harry ‘H’ Corbett – the ‘H’ in his case was to differentiate him from Harry Corbett (the man who created Sooty & Sweep) who received Harry ‘H’ Corbett’s OBE by mistake, so to correct their mistake they had to give them both an OBE!
By the way the ‘H’ stood for ‘Hanything!’
I am now
Graeme ‘D. A.’ Sandford
What does ‘DA’ stand for
Don’t Ask.

  1. Of course you’re the slightest bit funny. Everybody knows you’re ‘funny’ and some of us even know your ‘funny’.

  2. “My name’s Marie L. Marshall.”

    “Why the ‘L’?”

    “Why the L not!”
