The door opens (SFX here) and The Doctor enters.
Doctor: Brrrrr! It’s cold enough out there to freeze the wotsits off of a brass doo-dah!
Mrs. Watson: No, shirt, Sherlock! You should try dressing for the climate of the planet you are visiting. Didn’t you use to have a big scarf, a huge ankle-length coat and a floppy hat to keep you warm?
Doctor: I did; but, not all at the same time.
